The current model — a single workshop, a single exposure — is a starting point, not an endpoint. We expect (and are building toward) longer, structured programs that build genuine capability over time, not just awareness.
From generic content to role-specific application
Generic "how AI works" content is becoming commoditized. The real value is shifting toward helping specific groups — commerce students, educators, small business teams — apply AI to their actual work.
From awareness metrics to capability metrics
Measuring success by "how many people attended a session" is giving way to measuring actual capability — can someone use AI effectively and judge its output critically. This is the shift behind our own AI Readiness approach.
From individual initiative to institutional strategy
AI readiness is moving from something a few motivated teachers or employees pursue individually to something institutions plan for deliberately — budget, training, and measurement included.
Where we're placing our bets
We're building toward structured, measurable, institution-partnered AI education — not one-off sessions. If the last few years were about proving AI education matters, the next five are about doing it properly, at scale.
